It all started when…
Charles Lee had a dream to expand his successful non-profit that has had a positive impact on teens in Montgomery to Atlanta.
Teens To Work is a job readiness program that prepares local teens for the workforce while connecting them to potential employers.
We are excited to have launched in this market and so far it has been a huge success and is following in the footsteps of the Montgomery market with 100% placement of all graduates from our program.
Currently we are interested in more community partners to place our teens with once they complete our program as well as teens for our program. Fill out our interest form below for more information on how to get involved.
The truth is that you never know someone's story, or what they've been through that has led them to visit TMC. We want to continue to draw in the individuals in the community to be that life changer. Our statistics have been great and they help us understand the board impact we are having in the community. The ATL campus had 111 students to go through the program and 70 of them graduate. We will not hesitate to expand our community connections to provide loving and caring support for our communities.
